Travis Fowler began his career with TRC in 2016 as an intern while completing his degree in Strategic Management and Human Resources. After completing his undergrad, Travis joined the Human Resource group as a Recruiter and transitioned into a Human Resources Generalist. Travis was promoted to Manager of HR in September 2020 before becoming Director of HR in April 2023. He completed his Bachelor of Science from Urbana University.

Fowler holds a SHRL certification, demonstrating advanced expertise in strategic HR leadership, fostering psychological safety, and intentional team design.
