The Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) 2009 World Congress took place during the week of April 20 through April 23.  This year’s theme was “Racing to Green Mobility,” and was hosted by Honda, along with the Tier 1 Strategic Partner – Bosch.  Once again, Transportation Research Center Inc. (TRC Inc.) staff attended the show with a 20 x 30 foot exhibit. 

The SAE World Congress kicked off with the Grand Opening and featured speaker, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Governor of California.  The week was filled with seminars, technical sessions, a SAE Fellow Reception and Dinner, committee meetings, and much more.
