The Skid Trailer System can measure pavement at accident sites for litigation purposes.  The system can also provide measurements for government pavement monitoring.  The crew and equipment are available to measure pavement at other proving grounds.

TRC Inc.'s on-site correlation and calibration services for skid measurement systems consists of the calibration and adjustment of the skid system to ASTM specifications.  The load cells and force plate utilization to accomplish calibrations are traceable to the National Institute of Standard and Technology for accuracy.  The dynamic correlation following the calibration process results in a set of correlation equations between the skid measurement system and the Area Reference Measurement System standard.
