The project managers are the engineers and engineering technicians who prepare the cost quotation and oversee the project.  Together with the project team, they provide the necessary personnel, equipment, facilities, and instrumentation.  All coordination and scheduling are the project manager's responsibility as well as the orderly flow of work, the technical quality, cost control and reporting.
