2015 was a year of transition and reflection. We had many transitions in our leadership team members and we reflected on the kind of organization we need be to serve our customers better and enable customer success.
We would like to be transparent about the expectations we have of ourselves so our customers know what to expect of us as we strive to be the place of choice for vehicle testing:

We just completed a renovation of our Wet-Handling Winding Road Course, which includes the resurfacing of the inner “low coefficient of friction” test lane as well as an improved sprinkler system to improve drivability. We are also in the process of the engineering design phase of several additional exciting facilities that we hope to share more about early this year.
I would also like to welcome two additional senior members of the TRC Inc. team.
MIKE GRAY – Joined TRC Inc. this month as our new Chief Financial Officer. Mike will be responsible for key business functions, including accounting, finance, purchasing, and IT. Amongst Mike’s key roles will be to help set a strategy for business and financial growth, and develop the business cases to secure the funding necessary to invest in the facilities to support our customers’ needs. Mike comes to TRC with a good blend of experience in accounting, planning and analysis, systems development and leadership with two fortune 500 companies. Most recently, Mike was Controller for The Ohio State University, member of the TRC Inc. Board of Directors, and Chairman of the Audit Committee.
AL KAMMERER – Joined the TRC Inc. Board of Directors December 2015. Since joining TRC Inc., I have been searching for a Board Member with not only extensive automotive industry experience, but with many other “ideal” attributes: 1) a retired senior executive from a major OEM, 2) extensive product development experience, 3) a global perspective, 4) strategic, 5) entrepreneurial, 6) proactive, 7) sense of urgency, 8) willing to engage deeply, and 9) the edge to provoke and push. The TRC Inc. Board was unanimous in deciding to invite Al to join TRC Inc.’s Board of Directors. Al has more than 40 years of automotive experience, with 34 of those years as a senior executive with a major automotive OEM. Most recently, he was President of a new technology start-up. Al has extensive experience in business strategy, program management, vehicle program delivery, product strategy, design, engineering, development, supplier interface and manufacturing launch. Al attended our Board of Directors meeting this past week, and we are already feeling the benefits of his engagement
